Internships

Interns

We offer two internship programs, one in Washington, DC and another in our local district office in Sacramento County. Interns on Capitol Hill will have the opportunity to see how legislation is created while interns in the district see how that legislation directly affects people. The programs are open to high school and college students, as well as recent graduates who demonstrate an interest in public policy and community service.

Both internship programs run throughout the fall, spring or summer semesters. Students will gain invaluable work experience in both our D.C. and Sacramento offices. The hours are flexible to accommodate students' course schedules, but generally run 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
